Your stack, set up to scale.
New seat, new client or moving platforms: we set up account structures, naming conventions, permissions, templates and integrations so your team isn't fighting the platform every day.
Everything you need, nothing you don't.
A fixed-scope project, agreed before we start, then documented and handed over.
- Account and advertiser structure design
- Naming conventions your reporting can actually join on
- Seat, user and permission setup
- Ad server setup: GAM ad units, key-values, orders, CM360 sites and placements
- Migration between DSPs or ad servers, with parallel running
- Setup playbook your team can follow
Set up once, properly, so every launch is fast
Most ad ops pain traces back to setup: an account structure that grew by accident, naming that no report can join on, permissions nobody has reviewed, and templates that never existed. Platform Setup & Migration fixes that at the root. We design the account and advertiser structure, write naming conventions your reporting can actually use, set up seats, users and permissions, and configure the ad server: ad units, key-values and orders in Google Ad Manager; sites, placements and Floodlights in Campaign Manager 360.
Migrations get the same treatment. Moving between DSPs (for example Adform to DV360, or onto The Trade Desk), or between ad servers, is planned as a parallel run so there is no gap in delivery: structure mapped, creatives and tags rebuilt, tracking verified, then traffic moved in stages. The playbook we write during the project is what your team follows for every new client afterwards.
Every project is fixed scope, agreed before we start, and ends with a documented handover. If you would rather we ran the platform day to day, Managed Ad Ops picks up from the same playbook.
Four steps. No surprises.

Questions agencies ask before they book.
Adform, DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ad Manager and Campaign Manager 360, plus the tracking and creative tools that sit around them (GA4, GTM).
By running the old and new platforms in parallel: map the structure, rebuild creatives, tags and tracking on the new side, verify, then move spend in stages while both run. The old platform is switched off only once the new one has delivered cleanly.
The account structure, naming conventions with examples, permission roles, templates for campaign and line item setup, tracking standards and a launch checklist, written so a new joiner can follow it.
Yes: ad units, key-values, orders and line items, yield settings and header bidding or Open Bidding where relevant.
