About this service

Your ad operations, run by senior people under your brand

Managed Ad Ops is the day-to-day operational work of running programmatic and display campaigns, done for your agency by people who have run it for years: setting up campaigns, insertion orders and line items in the DSP; trafficking creative and tags in the ad server; applying tracking; QA before anything goes live; and a live check after launch. Requests come in through your Slack, email or ticketing tool and are worked to turnaround times we agree at the start.

We work inside your seats on Adform, DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ad Manager and Campaign Manager 360, following your naming conventions and templates, or fixing them first under Platform Setup if they are getting in the way. Everything is white-labelled: to your clients there is one agency team, and the delivery proof, screenshot packs and weekly summaries carry your name.

Because we also build automation, the repetitive parts of ad ops shrink over time rather than growing with volume. Bulk trafficking, tag generation, clicktag verification and pacing alerts are added where they save the most hours, so the retainer buys judgement and speed rather than just pairs of hands. A monthly review covers volume, turnaround and what to automate next.

Managed Ad Ops FAQ

Questions agencies ask before they book.

Campaign, insertion order and line item setup in the DSP; creative trafficking, tagging and rotation in the ad server; pre-launch QA and post-launch checks; change requests; screenshot and delivery proof packs; and a weekly ops summary for your team.

Onboarding usually takes under a week: access to your seats, your naming and templates, and your client list. Turnaround times for requests are agreed at the same time.

Yes. We work in your accounts, use your templates and naming, and communicate through your channels. Client-facing documents carry your brand. Your clients deal with your team.

As a monthly retainer scoped to your client book and request volume, agreed before we start.

No. Most agencies hand us a specific slice, such as trafficking and QA, or a set of clients, and keep their senior people on planning, strategy and client management.
